Cancellation Policy
ReviveX operates on a month-to-month subscription model with a 30-day cancellation notice period.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by emailing hello@revivex.co.za or their account manager.
Cancellations apply to the upcoming billing cycle.
All services already delivered within the current cycle remain active until the cycle ends.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our service, ReviveX does not offer refunds.
Our AI Agents (Ceecee, Beverley, Layla and Ava) begin delivering value immediately upon activation, including:
• 24/7 call answering
• Lead revival campaigns
• Automated responses to new enquiries
• Website engagement and lead capture
• CRM updates, follow-ups and workflow execution
Because these services are rendered in real time and utilise system resources continuously, all payments for the activated period are final and non-refundable, even if the client chooses not to use the system during that time.

Failed Payments / Billing Attempts
If a subscription payment fails, PayStack may automatically retry the payment.
If payment cannot be collected, the ReviveX system may be paused until the account is settled.

Because these services are performed and delivered as soon as onboarding begins, they cannot be reversed or refunded.
